More About Me
I was born and raised in a small town, Bowling Green, Virginia. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia (2009) and my graduate degree at Indiana University (2015). My wife, Liz, and I, have been proud to call ourselves Hoosiers since we moved to Bloomington in 2010. I have a strong professional background in education, totaling 12 years, having worked as a secondary school counselor for Indianapolis Public Schools and MCCSC school districts and at the college level in student life at IUB.
My exposure to the real estate industry dates back to my teenage years when I worked countless summers doing construction with my Dad's building company. It was during those years I also grew an interest in real estate. My counseling background and passion for real estate will ensure the clients I work with are comfortable and confident every step of the way for their own real estate transactions. My intimate knowledge of Bloomington will help you achieve your goals, whether that is to be a first-time homeowner or move into your dream home. I value transparency and will advocate hard for you throughout the buying and selling process. I am also the proud co-owner (with my dad, Neumiro daSilva) of daSilva Property Services LLC. Our company buys homes and specializes in handyman services usually offered to my buyer and seller clients.
My family includes my wife, Liz, and my two children, Levi (born 2017), and Lena (born 2019). When Im not working you can find me doing a new house project, visiting local parks with my family, and running (literally) around Bloomington training for another half or full marathon.
